Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds as all our pieces are on a MADE TO ORDER basis.

Currently all 10kSTITCHES pieces are on a made to order basis, for that reason, we do not offer refunds. We take pride in making sure that all our pieces are quality checked and inspected before it is sent out to you.

Our commitment to transparency means that every garment listed on our website comes with an extensive, detailed and unique description. It is crucial that you carefully read the item description before making a purchase. 

Damaged Goods?

Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email [email protected] quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and if possible an image. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

Once we receive this request, a member of our team would contact you.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the Shipping fee of the replacement item,

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages that isn't a fault of ours.

  • All SALE items - NO Returns. No Exchanges 
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
  • An order can only be cancelled 48hrs after order has been placed. Email [email protected] for enquiries.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
